On June 14, 2024, Alvotech filed information on Form 6-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, pertaining to an Open Market Sale Agreement with Jefferies LLC, an accompanying Prospectus Supplement and legal opinion from Arendt & Medernach SA relating to the validity of the securities to be issued pursuant to the Sales Agreement.
The Form 6-K also refers to the notice of termination of a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement dated April 18, 2022 between Alvotech and YA II PN, Ltd. (“Yorkville”)
