Lisa Graver

Lisa Graver served as a Director on Alvotech's Board from June 2022 - March 2026 and became Chief Executive Officer of Alvotech in April 2026. Ms. Graver has served in various leadership positions throughout her extensive career spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, she was the President/CEO of Alvogen Group, Inc., a privately held pharmaceutical company headquartered in Morristown, NJ, a position she held since 2015. Prior to joining Alvogen in 2010, she held leadership positions in Actavis and Alpharma in the US.  Ms. Graver draws from her experience and expertise across all facets of the industry, including commercial, regulatory, R&D, portfolio selection, and legal. Ms. Graver served as an IP litigator with Kirkland & Ellis before leaving private practice. She holds honor degrees in both Biology and law from Lakehead University and Case Western Reserve University, respectively.
